“What is the critirium of dire necessity in the going to free mixing universities?

He who fears upon himself destruction, or he fears that what he can not bare of loss of his self or his wealth or his honour, this is the one who is called the one who is forced, as for the expansion of this from those of this era in this affair, is an affair which is displeasing.”

Al-Hajoori, may Allah preserve him:

“The dire necessity which the legislation makes a criterium, and the people of knowledge say: that which takes place therein harm to a person which he can not bear, to himself or his wealth, some of the people expanded the principle of dire necessity, and made shaving of the beard and looking at satellite channels and wearing pants, likewise free mixing education, and bigoted groups and parties, and voting, a dire necessity! Rather it is from that which is prohibited and not a dire necessity.”
