Is it permitted to do photocopying of papers which have photo ?
Answer:

If the papers that are being photocopied have pictures (of things that have soul) we cannot say that it is prohibited as the person is photocopying the papers and not the picture. But if the person is making this as a business, it is better for him to avoid doing this. As in the hadeeth of Al Hasan bin Ali Radiallahu anhu, that he memorized from Prophet (Sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) : Leave which causes you doubt to that which doesnt cause you doubt.
