The condition of ‘Abdul-Karīm Al-Khudayr

The man treads upon the path of Tamyee‘, and praises more than one of the Hizbis, like Al-Jibrīn & Al-Maghrāwi, and others.

And he compares the destructive misguidances of Sayyid Qutb & Hassan Al-Banna, to the misguidances of Ibn Hajr & An-Nawawi.

I advise my brothers with the lack of benefitting from him.

If he has any good with him and knowledge, then that can also be found with other than him from Ahlssunnah.

And Allah, the Most High, said:

“Would you exchange that which is better for that which is lower?”
[Al-Baqara:61]

And he also has certain dangerous establishments which could demolish Al-Jarh wat Ta’dīl.

For example his statement in his explanation of “As-Safarāniyyah“, after mentioning speech which is in accordance to the Methodology of the Salaf, he then nullified it, by saying:

“I am absolutely not pleased with speaking about people.”

And before this, in the same context, said:

“However much you was to speak about a person, and a person was to accept, a group were to accept, but others will reject it, they won’t accept it from you, the affair is observed, and concluded.”

[End of speech]

The meaning of this is:

Closing the door of disparagement because the people will not accept!

Where did the ordering of the good and forbidding the evil and establishing the binding evidence upon the people go?!

Allah, the Most High, said:

“Messengers as bearers of good news as well as of warning in order that mankind should have no plea against Allah after the Messengers. And Allah is Ever All-Powerful, All-Wise.”
[An-Nisā:165]

And He, the Most High, said:

“And as for Thamud, We showed and made clear to them the Path of Truth (Islamic Monotheism) through Our Messenger, (i.e. showed them the way of success), but they preferred blindness to guidance”
[Fussilat:17]

All this is demolished by Al-Khudayr, because disparagement with him is attached to Hidāyaht Tawfīq (type of guidance which is specific to Allah ﷻ).

So because the biased and fanatical are not listening, there is no disparagement nor any advise nor any changing of any evil.

This could bring about ruin upon this Ummah.

Allah, the Most High, said:

“Those among the Children of Israel who disbelieved were cursed by the tongue of Dawud (David) and ‘Iesa (Jesus), son of Maryam (Mary). That was because they disobeyed (Allah and the Messengers) and were ever transgressing beyond bounds.
They used not to forbid one another from the Munkar (wrong, evil-doing, sins, polytheism, disbelief, etc.) which they committed. Vile indeed was what they used to do.”
[Al-Mā’ida:78-79]

And the Prophet ﷺ said:

“When people see an oppressor but do not prevent him from (doing evil), it is likely that Allah will punish them all.”

[Abu Daud & others, Authority of Abu Bakar As-Sidīq, may Allah be pleased with him, and it’s found in Musnad As-Sahīh]

For further elaboration on the refutation of these types of establishments, I have clarified this in my book (Misbaah Ad-Dhulaam)
