Answer:
“The basis is that there is no nullifier until it’s established legislatively, and this hasn’t taken place.
And analogy in this subject is not possible due to the reasons of nullification being incomprehensible through intellect.”

And this is the position of Ash-Shāfi’ī, and it’s been chosen by As-Sa’di, Ibn ‘Utheymīn, Al-Albāni and others.
