Doing Ḥajj without taking permission from the Saudi authorities
Question #308:
A person who wants to do Ḥajj need to get permission from the authorities under government of Saudi Arabia. But some people do Ḥajj without getting permission. What is the ruling of this action?
Answer :
The government of Saudi Arabia made these rules to conduct the activities of Ḥajj in an organized matter and to avoid hardships to the people who are making Ḥajj and to avoid any evil people causing harm to the people. So the one who is doing Ḥajj without taking the permission, it is feared that it would be a sin upon him as he can be a reason for causing hardships for other Hujjāj (pilgrims) and also he is entering places without taking permission from the people of that land. But his Ḥajj is valid.
