Helping a unknown injured women on road

Question :

A Muslim man saw a women (not a mahram to him) on a road having a car accident alone. But not serious to death, just broked her leg. There is no one else except him to help this woman.

Can he take her with his hands and get her to his own vehicle to hospital?

Is it permissible for him at this situation, Barakallaahufeek.

Answer :

Shaykh said that if it’s an emergency situation where there is no one to help her and no ambulance can arrive or any female that could help out then you can help out by with cautiousness and fear Allaah.
