Is it for the one appointed to do Hajj on behalf of someone to appoint someone else on his behalf and then he does Hajj on behalf of himself or another deceased

Question:

Is it permissible for the one appointed to perform Hajj on behalf of someone else to appoint someone else on his behalf from those whom he trusts to perform Hajj on behalf of this deceased without the knowledge of the one who (initially) appointed him, while he performs Hajj for himself or on behalf of another deceased?

Answer:

This is a wrong, this is a wrong, this one entrusted you and appointed you due to his acquaintance of you and what he saw in you of capability upon that and competence in that, and understanding in that, and you could look for him someone perhaps less than what he chose, so this is wrong.

But if there occurred an excuse to the one appointed, like for example he became injured or broke a limb or something from that which an excuse occurred.

He’s incapable of completing it so he appointed someone else after completing ‘Umrah, and Hajj Tamattu’ was requested from him for example.

So he appointed someone else to do Hajj on his behalf considering he’s incapable of it, or a woman for example was appointed on behalf of a person then her water broke and she gave birth and likewise she became incapable of it, or he lost his provisions whereby the remaining is not enough to fulfill the rest.

Therefore one stood voluntarily on his behalf and completed it, this suffices. As for this being done with him having the capability upon it and he seeks to a appoint another, then this will open up a door which will be similar to buying and selling. This one appointed you or you appoint someone else and continuing in this is incorrect with the evidence. Naam.
