Question :
what is the ruling on helping an individual who is addicted to drugs and alcohol , who is need of help with food. Is it ok to assist him with food ?
Answer :
Imam hussein al misree said yes inshallaah. But him the food is better then giving him the money. He might use the money to buy impermissible stuff.
