Giving money discount in case of early payment
Question :
What’s the ruling on a man who gives discount (low cost to the clients ) due to paying cash upfront. While others who may not pay upfront or pay a bit of it later , then he charges or rises the prices of the product higher ?
Answer :
Imam hussein al misree said , yes this is ok as long as the contract is clear and he does not increase the price again if he is late with the payment. Once he gives a price then he can not increase it because of the individual being late or any other reason.
