Is it permitted to spend the zakah money on a Muslim for his surgery?

Answer :

Yes, it is permitted if he is a faqeer who has no wealth at all or he is a miskeen who has some wealth which is insufficient.

Its a very appreciable deed. The messenger of Allah says, “Allah will help the slave as long as he helps others”, “whoever eases a worldly difficulty for a believer, then Allah will ease a difficulty of the hereafter for him”
