Divorce uttered in anger

What is the ruling on the divorce uttered once in anger ?

Answer :

If the anger makes a person lose his mind and he doesn’t know what he speaks while pronouncing the divorce then the divorce is not counted. And if he doesn’t lose his mind and know what he speaks while pronouncing the divorce then it is counted even if he is anger. See the fatwa of permanent committee.
