Feeding a traveling kaafir during daytime in Ramadaan

Question 436:

Is it permitted to feed a kafir who is a traveller in month of Ramadan ?

Answer :

If he is need of food, there is no problem. He is a disbeliever and he dont worry about Ramadan. In every wet liver, there is reward [Al Bukhari, 2363]. This is regarding the original disbeliever and not the murtadd.
