If a muslim want to kill other muslim, then is it permitted to seek help of kuffar to save himself from the killer ?
Answer :
If the person doesn’t have ability to defend himself and there are no other muslims present to defend him from the transgression (like he is in land of disbelievers) then it is permitted for him to seek help of kuffar to defend him from the transgressing muslim. He should seek only help to protect him and not to kill the transgressing muslim.
The proof for this is that Prophet (Sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) use to be under defense of Abu Talib who use to defend him from disbelievers. From this we can understand that we have seek help of kuffar to defend ourselves. And this is permitted even if the transgressor is muslim if there is no other way to save one self.
