Helping a mushrik neighbor to get a girl for marriage
Question :
I have neighbor who is a Mushrik and he is asking me to find a girl for marriage from his caste, is it allowed for me ?
Answer :
If that person is not an enemy to Islam (who fights against Islam and troubles the muslims) then it is permissible for a Muslim to find for him a girl from Kuffar for marriage.
1. It saves both of them from going towards fornication
2. It may incline him towards Islam
3. The marriage between kuffar is a valid contract
