What is the ruling for the one that gives the khutbah, weather it be for the Rain Prayer, Jumuah, the Eid or the Eclipse Prayers, without wudhu?
Answer:
Regarding the permissibility of it then it’s permissible. If someone were to be giving the khutbah and broke his wudhu then it is not from the conditions of the khutbah to be upon wudhu.
