Question :
What is the ruling on the one who is bathing himself whilst he is naked?
Answer :
It’s permissible for one to bathe himself naked while he is far from the sight of the people and also it’s permissible for him to bathe himself naked with his wife. As for that which takes place in swimming, for (the case of) people wearing nothing but small clothing in areas such as beaches and perhaps it even takes place amongst men and women then this is haraam and it is from the fitan and is not permissible at all.
