Permissibility of not paying government taxes

Question ;

Are the muslims in the west at fault if we don’t pay the government our taxes from our work pay ?

Answer :

The Messenger sallallahu alayhi wa sallam said its not permissible to take the muslim’s wealth except by his consent and the Messenger of Allah sallallahu alaihi wa sallam said, there is no harming nor is there any harm. So it is not permissible to take one’s wealth or to harm in any way so this action that the kuffar do by taking taxes of the wealth of the muslims is haram, so if they can get out of this one way or the other there is no sin upon them.
