Important notice about praying at home due to the corona virus

Our Shaykh, the ‘Allaamah, the Sincere Adviser, Abu ‘Abdirrahman Yahya bin ‘Ali Al-Hajoori – may Allaah preserve him – said

And the reality is that they (the news) have blown this sickness (corona) out of proportion, and they have over exaggerated in that which they claim is ‘banned’, and they have over exaggerated in allowing the prayers not to be prayed in congregation, a plague occurred in the past and many sicknesses, And it has not be known that the people increased in distance from their lord due to it.
