Is it better to shorten and combine while travelling or to complete

What is better and Sunnah for the traveler, combining and shortening or completing and praying every prayer in its time?

Answer:

What’s better is to take the concessions and combine and shorten, except if they are staying in a place for an extended period, it is better to pray with the locals with every Salaah on time. And Allaah knows best.
