(1) – The permissibility of voluntary Salaah on the riding mount on travels whichever direction it turns
Benefit:
▪️ Voluntary Salaah is allowed on the back of the riding beast, except for the Sunan Ar-Rawaatib (voluntary prayers of obligatory Salaah), for verily they are not prayed when travelling.
▪️ He ﷺ used to maintain the Raatibah (voluntary) of Al-Fajr and Al-Witr.
▪️ It’s not a condition to face the Qiblah in it.
▪️ Al:Qaswaa’a and Al-Adhbaa’a and Al-Jad’aa’a are all names of the camel of the Messenger of Allaah ﷺ.
▪️ The one driving the car prays if he is capable and attentive, otherwise he doesn’t pray because it’s a desirable Sunnah and preserving the body is obligatory.
▪️ The sinful one travelling is allowed to take the concessions of traveling.
▪️ There’s a difference between the sinful one with his travelling (the one who travels for a sin) and the one who is sinful on his travels (the one who travels for obedience), for a person could travel for obedience and there occurs sin from him.
▪️ It’s a condition in the obligatory Salaah to face the Qiblah except out of extreme fear.
