“So-and-So didn’t deserve to die”

Question:

Is there anything wrong with the following speech when someone dies

“By Allah he didn’t deserve this”

May Allah reward you with good.

Answer:

Yes it contains a form of objection upon the Qaḍhā (decree) of Allah and His Qadr (predecree).

And death is a right upon all people that they will experience it.
