Is it permitted to give money to Hizbiyyeen to build Masjid

Question :

Is it permitted to give money to Hizbiyyeen to build Masjid ?

Answer :

It is better to give money to Ahlussunnah to build their Masaajid or to the common people who are not hizbiyyun. But if there is no one to build Masjid and Muslims are need of a Masjid in a place then there is a no problem in giving money to hizbiyyeen to build Masjid and he can hope reward from Allah by doing so.
