If a person fasts thirty days in Ramadhān and then travels on that last day to another country where it is the twenty-ninth of Ramadhān; should he fast a thirty-first day or not fast?

📝🔹Question:

If a person fasts thirty days in Ramadhān and then travels on that last day to another country where it is the twenty-ninth of Ramadhān; should he fast a thirty-first day or not fast?

📩🔸Answer:

He should fast with them because they have not had ‘Eid, but this day [in his case] is not from Ramadhān because he has already fasted thirty days and

<الشَّهْرُ هَكَذَا وَهَكَذَا>
<The month is like this and like this>

(1)sometimes twenty-nine and sometimes thirty [days].

Ultimately, he should have ‘Eid with the people and should not have ‘Eid by himself, but if he does not fast because he has already completed the number of days he has to, he should not make it apparent that he is not fasting.
