Praying Night prayer while holding the Quran in hand

Question :

If someone is praying Qiyamul layl I.e the night prayer and he wants to extend his recitation of the Quran in his salah but he has not memorized much. Can he recite while holding the Quran?

Answer :

Shaykh said it’s better with memory, however, if he hasn’t memorized enough, then he can hold the Qur’an. Barakallaahufeek.
