Ruling of petitioning to bring good

Question :

What is the clarification of this act of petitioning for the cause of bringing about some good with a secular establishment such as a mixed university here in the uk

Answer :

The shaykh hafidahullah said answering this question that its possible for them to leave the countries of kuffar and make hijrah also this is a form of tahaakum seeking ruling from something that has not come from our shariah or looking into the majority and these sorts of things it is not from our religion and Allah subhana wa taala says that the hukum is only for Allah so there is no evidences from our shariah which allow these types of acts and the muslims it is befitting for them to make hijrah from the lands of kufr.
