Selling a product with higher price than the price written on it
Question #346:
Is it permissible to sell a product with a price more than what is written on it from the company?
Answer:
If there is an agreement between the merchant and the company that he will not sell with a higher price (than what is fixed by the company) and, if he sells with higher price, then this is prohibited. But if he is free (from that agreement), then he can sell with a price that he wishes.
