Having Intercourse on multiple days, during the daytime in Ramaḍān

Question :

“A man fell upon his wife (had intercourse with her) on six separate days from Ramaḍān, how many days does he have to pay back (Qaḍāʾ)?”

Answer :
“Upon him is six kaffārāt (penalties) because intercourse has occurred on multiple days! So upon him is six kaffārāt, the freeing of a slave, fasting two months consecutively or feeding sixty from the poor. Twelve months (worth of fasts)! Six days and everyday is due two months, twelve months! A whole year!”
