Using recorded voice as Adhan

Question :

In one of the masjid nearby my place,I saw the adhaan is being recorded and played instead a person reciting the adhaan. Is this allowed?

Answer :

The Permanent Committee was asked if it is sufficient to play a recording of the adhan [call-prayer] into the loud speaker when the time for prayer enters, and no one from the people of the masjid make the adhan?

They responded by saying:

All praise is due to Allah, the adhan which is circulated/pronounced through a recording is not sufficient (in replacing) the legislated adhan which has been ordained so that the time for prayer is known.

This is because it is not an adhan which is genuine rather it is mere a stored/recorded voice.
And the adhan is (from) worship and so must have in it action and intention.
Due to the statement of the Messenger sallahu alahi wa salaam:
Indeed actions are by their intentions, and for every person is that which he intended.
Therefore, based upon this, there must be an adhan (carried out) when the time for prayer enters in the place of prayer you are in.
And if a loud speaker is required in ordered to inform the people to attend the prayer, then this is good.
