What are the Sunnah that is done when someone returns from the Ḥajj?
Answer:
We do not know any specific act that the Prophet Ṣallallāhu ʿalayhi wa sallam did after he returned to Madīnah from Ḥajj.
But if a person invites his relatives and friends and gives them food to celebrate the favor from Allāh of having performed the obligation of Ḥajj or if he gives Ṣadaqah to some poor people for this favor of Allāh, then there is no problem.
As Kaʿab bin Mālik had given a cloak to the person who had given him the good news of acceptance of his Tawbah. [Muslim – 2769].
