There is a brother, he fixes the prices of products by adding profit and commission. If the customer comes on the way of commission agent he will take the profit (only) and gives the agent his part. If the customer comes without any middle man he will take the profit and the commission. What is the ruling of this?
That is his wealth and he can do whatever he wishes with it. (Meaning, fixing the price is in his hands and he can fix the price as he wishes and he can give commission to the agent or he can take it for himself).
